Andrea was born 12-26-1976 at 1 a.m.

She was 51 cm tall and had a weight of 3.15 kg. She was a very nice baby, she hardly ever cried and she was smiling a lot. Very soon she started to walk and to talk.

Her favorite thing when she was small was visiting a cowhouse. Everytime when she got lost, her parents could find her there.

She was very talented and she appeared to be full of energy all the time. Therefore her parents decided to let her attend sports pre-school where she started doing figure skating and ballet. After pre-school she went to sports school where she continued training figure skating every day and where she also began to do other sports like swimming, gymnastic and ball games.

As of the age of 6 she started with diving and after one year of training she was becoming very good. During the following years she was winnig Czech championships one after another. She was very courageous and she learned new and difficult dives very fast. Thus, at the age of 12 she found herself in the Czech junior national team. Since by then diving became the biggest and most important part of her life, she had to move to another town 100 km from home and practice twice a day. She visited her parents solely on free weekends.

When she was 16 she had been in almost in every European countries for competitions and most of them ending up with winning awards. She was missing school a lot but she never had a problem to catch up with the subject matter.
